We are excited to welcome you to VenuesNow Conference 2022 in Austin, TX (the “Conference”). As we continue to plan for the Conference, we are closely following the guidelines outlined by local and federal government officials and the host venues. In addition, we are working with a team of professionals in the medical and hospitality fields to help implement additional safety, security and sanitization procedures throughout the Conference.
As of the date of the most recent update to this Safety and Wellness page (August 23, 2022), Conference attendees will not be required to show proof of vaccination to gain access to the Conference or wear a mask while participating in the Conference. We will continue to follow Conference venue requirements, government mandates, guidance from public health authorities, and CDC guidelines, and provide updates to Conference registrants via the email address provided upon registration if changes occur. We ask that all Conference attendees act responsibly and do their part to help protect those around them, including washing their hands often with soap and water or, if that option is not available, using hand sanitizer. We kindly request that you stay home if you are sick or not feeling well. The best way to protect yourself and everyone around you is to get vaccinated (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/vaccines/index.html).
