Attendees will be able to see and communicate with other attendees and guests in the VenuesNow app. During the registration process, you’ll have the opportunity to opt-out of networking, should you choose to stay digitally anonymous. - Tuesday, Sept. 9 | 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Wednesday, Sept. 10 | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Thursday, Sept. 11 | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Self-parking is free from Monday - Wednesday. On Thursday, self-parking is $18.
Valet parking starts at $40.

- Bring Your Badge Everywhere – Badges are required for entry to all sessions, networking events, sponsor activations, coffee breaks, and meals. Please don’t leave your room without it.
- Dress Code is Business Casual – Attire across the conference is generally polished but comfortable. Please note that while it is very hot in Las Vegas, meeting rooms may be cool, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater.
- Share Your Feedback – Session surveys will be available in the app after each panel. We encourage you to participate—your insights help us continue to improve the VenuesNow Conference experience.
