VenuesNow Conference was developed in 2017 to provide industry leaders of live entertainment facilities with a forum to discuss some of the most comprehensive topics appearing in the pages of the VenuesNow magazine. The event includes a variety of discussions and networking events focused on the current and future vision of the industry, cutting- edge initiatives and trends in the world of venues. With two days of programming, the conference covers all aspects of the business to include Technology, Operations, Sustainability, Security, Sanitization, Tenants & Teams, Branding & Sponsorships, Ticketing, Concessions, Design, Financing, Inclusivity, Bookings & Content, and more.

WHERE WILL THE EVENT TAKE PLACE?

VenuesNow Conference 2024 is excited to welcome you to Phoenix, Arizona in October, 15-16, 2024. 

IS THERE A HOTEL ROOM BLOCK?

Yes, VenuesNow Conference attendees can book accommodations within our group room block. Room block is available for registered attendees only. Details will be provided in your registration confirmation email. Reservations are first come first served, upon availability.

WILL I RECEIVE AN ATTENDEE LIST?

We do not disclose attendee information without permission. During the registration process you’ll have the opportunity to opt-in and share your information with others via our conference app. The app with be launched prior to the event date and will allow registrants who opt-in to communication with each other.

CAN SOMEONE PICK UP MY REGISTRATION BADGE FOR ME?

All registrants are required to check in for themselves with valid identification.
